What we collect

What you type into the quotation form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you tell us about your requirements. If you email us, we keep your email.

Like any website, the server that hosts it also records basic details of each visit (your IP address, your browser and the pages you view) to run and protect the website.

Why, and our lawful basis

To reply to your request and prepare a quotation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and taking the steps you ask for before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). We do not sell your details or use them for anything else.

Who receives them

The companies that host our website and our email, and the service that delivers the form to us. They handle your details only on our instructions.

How long we keep them

Enquiries: up to 12 months after your last message, then we delete them. Visit records: only as long as our host needs them to run and protect the website.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, stop using it, or give it to you in a form you can take elsewhere. Email info@isafoodstrading.com
